Hazlemere Community Centre has raised £1,735 so far in a funding campaign to help it through a period of no income. It is starting its bingo nights again on 4 December. A Norden Ark appeal – a campaign to keep the Norden Farm Arts Centre in Maidenhead afloat until it can earn income again once restrictions are eased – has raised £10,000 in its first week.
Waddesdon Manor, which was due to open its Christmas/Winter lights walk through the gardens this month has decided to extend the attraction until the end of January. The National Trust grounds will now be open from 3 December to 31 January.
